The hotel is conveniently located near two train stations, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to various shops, restaurants, and a supermarket, providing guests with plenty of dining and shopping options. The rooms are compact but well-equipped with a kitchenette, mini fridge-freezer, and other amenities. Guests can also borrow cutlery and dishes free of charge. The staff is helpful and courteous, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The hotel is a bit far from the popular Shinjuku and Shibuya areas, which may require longer travel times to reach.

We had a great stay at Hotel Mystays in Tokyo. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the information provided in English was very helpful. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the train station and plenty of amenities nearby. we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the area and highlighting all the important spots. The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed. Plus, there were vending machines on the first floor and a convenient store just across the street, making it super convenient for us to grab snacks and drinks whenever we wanted.
The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were strange - they seemed like they were made of beads. We ended up bringing our own pillows because we couldn't sleep on them.

Cleanliness: The rooms were spotlessly clean, giving us a comfortable and pleasant stay. Hotel facilities: The hotel had convenient facilities, such as a coin-operated laundry, made our stay more convenient. Transportation: The hotel was close to the Kameido subway station, making it easy for us to explore the city. Location near a train station: Being near the Kameido subway station allowed us to easily access other parts of the city and explore different neighborhoods.

This hotel is a great value for the price, especially considering its location in a quiet area with a nice garden right in front. The JR station just a couple of minutes walk away makes it convenient for exploring the city. The staff here are very helpful and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the comfortable double beds, are appreciated.
No major issues, everything was alright.
